Nationwide Catastrophe Services

When catastrophe strikes, the PSG CAT TEAM responds.

Our rapid response division deploys specialized teams of highly experienced catastrophe adjusters to any/all storm locations throughout the nation to respond promptly, and efficiently, to our clients’ need. 

​

To ensure that integrity shall persist from field assignment through file review we utilize only licensed and experienced storm adjusters and administrators in the application of catastrophe claim services. 

​

All team members remain electronically connected to the PSG central office for real time claim file tracking on every aspect of the claim file process.​

​

​PSG also offers our team of experienced NFIP certified adjusters and administrators to handle claims arising from Flood events across the nation.

PSG's catastrophe services include:

Rapid deployment of core CAT management team.

Fully reproducible claim file with “real time” documentation.

Use of only background checked, licensed and experienced CAT adjusters.

Staff technical advisors

Complete electronic integration between adjusters and management.

Wide variety of management level reporting to meet client needs.

Bi-lingual Call Center

Electronic bridging of new assignments via Xactware and/or Symbility estimating systems, FTP or
email.

Daily Claim Services


We offer Daily claim adjusting in the states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. These services
are limited to property losses and can be either limited or full assignments.


Branch Assistance and Staffing


The temporary needs of any client for added in house or remote file examiners can be readily met by PSG 

staffed professionals.


Issues pertaining to ALE, Contents, Holdback, and File Review are regularly handled by placing vetted
and experienced PSG personnel within client established locations, thereby allowing client
managers to interact directly with our team members.


Our adjusters’ broad range of CAT experience brings consistency and professionalism to the handling of
every claim. Losses pertaining to any peril, in any location, are efficiently managed and processed
according to client established guidelines.
